If a trustee's lease is granted hereunder, even though one (1) of the parties who has an interest or possible interest in the property covered by such lease is a minor or a person adjudged mentally disabled, no separate guardian's lease or conservator's lease shall be necessary. Effective:July 1, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 93, effective July 1, 1982. -Created 1944 Ky. Acts ch. 76, sec. 8. Note: 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 99 would have amended this section effective July 1, 1982. However, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 146, also effective July 1,1982.
