The commissioner, with the approval of the Governor, may appoint a supervisor of apprenticeship and training. This appointment shall be subject to the confirmation of the council by a majority vote. He or she may also appoint such clerical, technical, and professional help as shall be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. Effective:July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
