Any person, who, on June 17, 1954, was the holder of a valid, unrevoked license to practice optometry issued to him under the laws of this state, shall not be required to take an examination under this chapter, but shall secure an annual renewal of his license, and in every other respect shall be subject to this chapter. History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 183, sec. 7.
