314.464 Annual report.

Each school of nursing as defined under KRS 314.011 that is located in Kentucky, whether or not awarded funding under KRS 314.450 to 314.464, shall submit an annual report by August 1 to the board, the Kentucky Board of Nursing, the Council on Postsecondary Education, the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet, and the Legislative Research Commission detailing its strategies for increasing the enrollment of students who graduate from the program prepared for licensure as registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. Efforts undertaken by each school to increase cultural diversity within its nursing students shall be included in the annual report to the board. Effective:June 25, 2009 History: Amended 2009 Ky.
