No taxicab owner or operator shall solicit passengers who may be standing or waiting along the route or any part of the route covered by the certificate of a common carrier outside of the corporate limits of a city or outside the limits of an unincorporated community, as the case may be. This provision shall in no way be construed as to prevent any individual from having free choice of transportation media. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 284, sec. 1.
