(1) (2) (3) An appeal to the Franklin Circuit Court may be taken from any final order of the department by anyone who was a party to the proceedings before it, or from any final order granting temporary authority or approval under KRS 281.632 by any motor carrier affected thereby. In the case of an appeal in which a certificate or permit has been issued or amended or revoked or suspended or sold or transferred, the certificate or permit or its amendment shall remain in force until final disposition of the appeal. An appeal may be taken by filing a petition of appeal with the clerk of the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective:July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
