Any holder of a valid permit to operate a taxicab issued prior to June 15, 1950 shall be entitled, upon renewal, to a certificate to operate a taxicab under the same terms and conditions that the permit was issued, and for the same number of taxicabs licensed under said permit. Effective:June 15, 1990. History: Created 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 63, sec. 19, effective June 15, 1950.
