The Transportation Cabinet shall assess to applicants the costs involved in reprogramming the automated vehicle information system as a result of KRS 186.072 and 186.073. The Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to define the assessment process. Effective:July 15, 2008 History: Created 2008 Ky.
