The employees of the Teachers' Retirement System shall endeavor to provide full and complete information to all inquiries presented by members or beneficiaries of members. The members or beneficiaries of the members shall assume full responsibility for obtaining adequate and sufficient information concerning their eligibility for retirement benefits, for selection of the type of benefit available to them, and for adherence to the employment restrictions applicable to retired members. Effective:July 1, 1994 History: Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 369, sec. 19, effective July 1, 1994. -Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt.
