96.330 Disposition of revenue from waterworks in second-class city.

96.330 Disposition of revenue from waterworks in second-class city. The net revenue derived by any city of the second class from its waterworks shall be applied to the improvement or reconstruction of the streets and other public ways of the city, to the extension of the waterworks system or to the payment of interest or principal on the waterworks bonds.
