81.034 Recording of data by General Assembly. Prior to the reclassification of any incorporated area by the General Assembly, the estimated population data and the constitutional reclassification information as required by KRS 81.032 shall be recorded with the summary of any such legislative proposal in the official record of the General Assembly.
