(1) (2) Assessment liens imposed by KRS 76.005 to 76.295 are prior to all other liens except liens for taxes and other assessment liens already attached. Assessment liens may be enforced pursuant to KRS 426.005 and 426.006. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 188, sec. 57, effective July 15, 1980. -- Created 1964 Ky.
