(1) (2) In order to change its designated office, a limited partnership or a foreign limited partnership shall comply with KRS 14A.5-010. A limited partnership or foreign limited partnership may change its registered office or registered agent as provided in KRS 14A.4-020. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
