Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial directs, when he, without proper authority, sells or otherwise disposes of, willfully or through neglect, damages, destroys or loses or willfully or through neglect suffers to be damaged, destroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of any military property of the United States or of the state. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 69. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 96, effective July 1, 1954.
