Any subject person who commits an offense punishable by this code, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission, or causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him would be punishable by this code, is a principal offender. Effective: July 1, 1954 History through 1968: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 87, effective July 1, 1954.
