As used in KRS 260.660 to 260.665, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Commission" means the Kentucky Milk Commission; (2) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture; (3) "Milk" means bovine lacteal secretion; (4) "Milk processor" means any person who purchases, receives, or handles greater than three million (3,000,000) pounds of milk per month; and (5) "Milk producer" means any person who produces milk for sale to milk processors.
