16.199 Trooper R Class to adhere to agency standards of conduct and policy -Complaints. (1) (2) All individuals employed as a Trooper R Class shall adhere to the agency standards of conduct and policy. Any person may proffer charges against an individual employed as a Trooper R Class by submitting a written complaint, signed by the complainant, with the Office of Internal Affairs within the department.
