154.28-040 Staff. The secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development shall provide sufficient personnel to serve as staff for the authority in order to permit the authority to adequately discharge its duties and responsibilities prescribed in KRS 154.28-015 to 154.28-090 and 141.400.
