vocational education programs.
The executive director of the Office of Career and Technical Education is vested with the
authority to carry out the purposes of the program of vocational education and the
provisions of the Acts of Congress accepted by KRS 151B.145, and is given all the
necessary power and authority in promulgating administrative regulations and
administering vocational education and carrying out the provisions of the acts relating
thereto.
