532.230 Ineligibility. No person being held under a detainer, warrant, or process issued by some other jurisdiction shall be eligible for home incarceration. No person convicted of a violent felony offense shall be eligible for home incarceration. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 243, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1986.
