Acts ch. 256, sec. 8, effective July 13, 1984; amended ch. 414, sec. 28. -- Created 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 107, sec. 11. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was amended by 1984 Acts Ch. 414, § 28 and repealed by 1984 Acts Ch. 256, § 8. Pursuant to KRS 446.260, the repeal prevails.
