304.39-250 Deduction and set-off. Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, basic reparation benefits shall be paid without deduction or set-off. Effective: July 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 385, sec. 25, effective July 1, 1975.
