278.310 Rules for hearings and investigations. All hearings and investigations before the commission or any commissioner shall be governed by rules adopted by the commission, and in the conduct thereof neither the commission nor the commissioner shall be bound by the technical rules of legal evidence. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 82, sec. 35, effective July 15, 1982; and ch. 242, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 379, sec. 38, effective April 1, 1979. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 3952-34. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was amended by two 1982 Acts which do not appear to be in conflict and have been compiled together.
