218A.994 Applicability of penalties in KRS Chapter 506 to this chapter. Unless this chapter provides a specific penalty for the same act, the provisions of KRS Chapter 506 shall apply to offenses under this chapter. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky.
