218A.1455 Manufacturing substituted cathinones – Penalty. (1) (2) A person is guilty of manufacturing naphthylpyrovalerone, 3,4methylenedioxypyrovalerone, 3,4-methylenedioxymethylcathinone, or 4methylmethcathinone when he or she knowingly and unlawfully manufactures naphthylpyrovalerone, 3,4-methylenedioxypyrovalerone, 3,4methylenedioxymethylcathinone, or 4-methylmethcathinone. Unlawfully manufacturing naphthylpyrovalerone, 3,4-methylenedioxypyrovalerone, 3,4-methylenedioxymethylcathinone, or 4-methylmethcathinone is a Class A misdemeanor.
