218A.1450 Trafficking in salvia -- Penalty. (1) (2) A person is guilty of trafficking in salvia when he or she knowingly and unlawfully traffics in salvia for human consumption. Trafficking in salvia is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: April 26, 2010 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 160, sec. 1, effective April 26, 2010.
