216.880 Facilities to be licensed. For the administration of KRS 216.875 to 216.890, facilities to be licensed by the cabinet shall include all PPEC centers as defined in KRS 216.875 except a facility, institution, or other place operated by the federal government or any agency thereof. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 325, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1988.
