216.770 Nursing home and personal care home loan fund. The nursing home and personal care home loan fund is established. Loans may be made from the fund for constructing, equipping, remodeling or reequipping nursing homes or personal care homes. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
