186.130 Proportionate fees for commercial vehicle operated after registration year began. If any person offers a commercial vehicle for registration after April 1 of any year by reason of not having operated such vehicle on the public highways after April 1 of that year, the registration fee shall be as many twelfths of the annual fee as there are unexpired months in the registration year.
