131.310 Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals created. There is hereby created an administrative review agency which shall be known as the "Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals." It is attached to the Public Protection Cabinet for administrative purposes, except as provided in KRS 131.330. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
