403.755 Enforcement by law enforcement agency. (1) Upon the issuance of an order authorized by KRS 403.740 or 403.750, the court shall direct the appropriate law enforcement agency to assist the petitioner in having <br>the provisions of the order complied with. (2) Orders issued under the provisions of KRS 403.740 or 403.750, whether an emergency protective order or an order following a hearing, shall be enforced in any <br>county of the Commonwealth. Officers acting in good faith shall be immune from <br>criminal and civil liability. Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Amended 1992 Ky.
