CHAPTER 395 PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
395.420 Functions of curator.

to the executor or administrator. He may pay debts, sue and be sued and sell
perishable and other goods. (2) A curator appointed under subsection (2) of KRS 395.410 shall collect and safely keep the estate of an absent person; make and return to the court, within sixty (60)
days, a full and complete inventory of the estate and deliver up the estate, including
the income from the estate, when required, to the absent person upon his return, or
to the executor or administrator, when one is appointed. He may pay debts, sue and
be sued, invest or reinvest any funds coming into his hands and sell perishable and
other goods. Effective: July 15, 1980
