395.120 Oaths of representatives. (1) Each executor, administrator and curator shall take an oath to faithfully perform the duties of his office to the best of his judgment. (2) Each administrator shall also take an oath that his intestate, so far as he knows or believes, died without leaving a will. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
