395.080 When minor may be executor. If all the persons nominated as executors are under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of <br>probating the will, or those who are of age fail to qualify, administration with the will <br>annexed may be granted during such minority. But if a testator, by his will, so directs, <br>then such infant executor may qualify and give bond as an adult. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 100, sec. 11. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
