271B.1.280 Certificate of existence. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011)
Download pdfperpetual; or that the foreign corporation is authorized to transact business in
this state; (c) That all fees, taxes, and penalties owed to this state have been paid, if: 1. Payment is reflected in the records of the Secretary of State; and 2. Nonpayment affects the existence or authorization of the domestic or
foreign corporation; (d) That its most recent annual report required by KRS 271B.16-220 has been delivered to the Secretary of State; (e) That articles of dissolution have not been filed; and
(f) Other facts of record in the office of the Secretary of State that may be requested by the applicant. (3) Subject to any qualification stated in the certificate, a certificate of existence or authorization issued by the Secretary of State may be relied upon as conclusive
evidence that the domestic or foreign corporation is in existence or is authorized to
transact business in this state. Effective: January 1, 1989
History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 9, effective January 1, 1989. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
