175B.105 Conflict of interest for officers or employees of an authority.
Officers or employees of an authority shall not have any direct interest in the sale or <br>purchase of any project revenue bonds authorized by that authority. Violation of this <br>section shall be punishable by fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by <br>imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both.
