117.0865 Prohibition against influencing voter completing an absentee ballot -- Penalty. Any person who aids another in completing an absentee ballot shall not solicit or <br>encourage that person to vote for or against any candidate, party, or issue. Any person <br>who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class D felony. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 48, sec. 21, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1988 Ky.
