426.577 Where deed to be recorded. The conveyance shall be recorded where, by law it should have been recorded, had it been made by the parties whose title is conveyed by it. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 400.
