426.480 Agreement to waive right to replevy. An agreement to waive the right to replevy, or any other legal agreement in relation to any judgment, if entered on the record among the orders of court, shall be specifically enforced. The proper endorsement shall be made on the execution by the clerk or judge. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Amended 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
