322.260 Officers of board -- Surety bond for secretary-treasurer. (1) Every year the board shall elect a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary- treasurer. (2) The secretary-treasurer or any other officer or designee required to handle expenditures or disburse funds of the board shall give a surety bond to the board in a sum determined by the board. The premium on the bond shall be paid as a proper, necessary expense of the board. Effective: January 1, 1999 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
