271B.8-110 Compensation of directors. Unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws provide otherwise, the board of directors may fix the compensation of directors. Effective: January 1, 1989 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 77, effective January 1, 1989.
