2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .070   Resignation of directors.

271B.8-070 Resignation of directors. (1) A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice to the board of directors, its chairman, or to the corporation. (2) A resignation shall be effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date. Effective: January 1, 1989 History: Created 1988 Ky.
