271B.2-010 Incorporators. One (1) or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by delivering articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State for filing. Effective: January 1, 1989 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 15, effective January 1, 1989.
