2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .290   Penalty for signing false document.

271B.1-290 Penalty for signing false document. (1) A person commits an offense if he signs a document he knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing. (2) An offense under this section shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Effective: January 1, 1989 History: Created 1988 Ky.
