2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .340   Appeal.

24A.340 Appeal. Any party aggrieved by the judgment of the small claims division may appeal within ten (10) days of the judgment to the Circuit Court in the judicial circuit where such division is located. History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 9, sec. 16.
