21A.140 Disposition of fees paid for admission to practice of law. Any fees fixed by the Supreme Court to be paid by applicants for admission to the practice of law and for the issuance of a license to practice law shall be promptly paid into the State Treasury by the person, officer, or agency designated by the Supreme Court to receive or collect the fees.
