2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .060   Effect of equal division of court.

21A.060 Effect of equal division of court. If the Supreme Court is equally divided in the decision of a case, the judgment, order or decree of the lower court shall stand affirmed. Effective: March 23, 1976 History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 67, sec. 7, effective March 23, 1976.
