74-32,310. Kansas national guard EMERGE program repayment fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the Kansas national guard EMERGE program repayment fund. The state board of regents shall remit all moneys received under K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-32,309, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurer at least monthly. Upon receipt of such remittance the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount thereof in the state treasury, and such amount shall be credited to the Kansas national guard EMERGE program repayment fund. All expenditures from the Kansas national guard EMERGE repayment fund shall be for payments of assistance under the Kansas national guard EMERGE program and shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the executive director of the state board of regents or a person designated by the executive officer.
