66-2105 Rural gas service shall comply with pipeline safety laws.

66-2105. Rural gas service shall comply with pipeline safety laws.
All providers of rural gas service under the provisions of K.S.A. 66-2101 through 66-2106, and amendments thereto, will comply with all applicable pipeline safety laws including rules and regulations adopted by the state corporation commission pursuant to K.S.A. 66-1,150, and amendments thereto.
