Submission of bond logs and surveys; penalties.
Operators, upon request of the commission, shall submit cement bond logs or other surveys for surface casing. Failure to submit such logs or surveys within a reasonable period of time as prescribed by the rules and regulations of the commission shall be a class C misdemeanor.
